Tumbling and Conditioning (Ages 12+)

Ages: 12-25
Hours: 2h per week
Days: Fridays 5:30pm-7:30pm 

Are you looking to get that aerial salto you have wanted for your beam routine?   How about that round-off salto tuck for your to put you at the top of the class in your cheerleading program?   Front and back walkovers for your dance acro?  This program may be for you.

With multiple coaches working together, this program is customized to the needs of the individual athletes by doing a goal-setting interview with the coach at the beginning of each session.  Drills and conditioning are tailored to each registered athlete.  

This program is popular for cheerleaders, dancers and for cross-training for other sports (hockey, lacrosse, dance). This program focuses on intermediate and advanced tumbling techniques and is not open to beginners. 

This program has prerequisites.
1. Athletes must have some experience in a previous gymnastics, cheer or dance program.
2. Athletes must already be able to:
a. Clean round-off with rebound
b. Cartwheel with straight legs
c. Unassisted back bridge
d. Unassisted Backwards roll and Forwards Roll
