Ages: 9-25 (Including adult athletes)
Hours: 12h per week *
Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday
Programs: USDP Level 10, FIG (11-16, 12-18, Junior, Senior), Level 9 (By invitation)

Our Elite Competitive Team is a high performance program that incorporates both the USDP Levels 9 and 10 and Fédération Internationale de Gymnastique (FIG) international programs including age groups and the highest World Elite Senior levels.

This program has both domestic and international travel commitments that may include North, South and Central America (Pan Am Countries), Europe, Asia and Oceania. No international travel opportunities are guaranteed to any group or participant and are dependent on a variety of factors including timing, cost and mutual agreement of partnership.

*Note that Junior and Senior will require additional training commitments in addition to the schedule indicated above. Other levels may require additional commitments depending on the events planned.
